1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using QRDEXA Studio at qrdexa.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts & Database Retention
When you authenticate using Google OAuth, an account record is automatically registered in our database to manage your saved QR code designs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use QRDEXA Studio to generate, store, or distribute QR codes that link to phishing websites, malicious code, deceptive financial scams, illegal contraband, or deceptive identity spoofing.
4. Intellectual Property & Export Rights
You retain 100% full commercial ownership rights to your customized QR designs, uploaded brand logos, vector SVG exports, and high-resolution PNG assets generated on QRDEXA Studio.
5. Limitation of Liability
QRDEXA Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We recommend performing physical camera test scans on printed proofs before launching commercial high-volume print runs.
